Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong Products: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.

Return Process

If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@funkypilotacademy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide return instructions if your claim is approved.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error we made. 
  4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Digital products (eBooks, downloadable comics, or online subscriptions).
  • Used, damaged, or altered items that were not originally defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval.
