Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- Wrong Products: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.
Return Process
If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@funkypilotacademy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Approval & Instructions: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide return instructions if your claim is approved.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error we made.
- Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Digital products (eBooks, downloadable comics, or online subscriptions).
- Used, damaged, or altered items that were not originally defective.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval.
